Introducing A Child’s Voice® Model — a structured approach to child and young person wellbeing, early intervention and prevention.

Every child has a voice, but not every child finds it easy to express what they are feeling. Sometimes, the signs that a child is struggling are hidden behind silence, changes in behaviour or emotions they cannot put into words.

Created by Mary Brockwell and developed over many years, the A Child’s Voice® Model is designed to help professionals create a safe, supportive space where children and young people can explore their feelings, communicate their experiences and begin to identify positive steps forward.

Through a structured 10-week, one-to-one intervention, the model provides a framework for meaningful conversations, reflection and early support, helping professionals work alongside children and young people before difficulties escalate.
