A complete, ready-to-use 10-week PSHE programme for children aged 8–17, including ready-made lessons, direct-work worksheets, teacher guidance and supporting resources. All materials are professionally prepared and available to download and use within schools, supporting mental health education, emotional literacy, resilience, wellbeing, safeguarding and early intervention.
The programme is designed to complement the principles of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and is informed by public health approaches to prevention and early intervention. It helps children recognise risk, understand and express their emotions, develop protective factors and identify how and where to seek appropriate support.
